     On April 28, law enforcement in Arizona passed a law that forces police officers to check the papers of people who are suspected of being illegal immigrants. President of the Arizona police, Brian Livingston said, “We have officers getting killed, getting severely injured by illegal aliens.” Livingston’s organization is very excited for this bill after a long push for John McCain to enforce similar laws with no prevail. However, there are many that oppose this law, but only time will tell if it proves effective.
