Combining a common new year’s resolution with a passion for recreating reality television, and an ultra-competitive Ralston Valley High School faculty is battling it out to locate its biggest loser.
Initiated by physical education teacher Wendy Davies as a friendly way to motivate a healthy lifestyle, the 41 faculty and staff members who are participating in the game have lost over 700 pounds since first weighing in on Jan. 5.
Like the television show, results are based on the percentage of a player’s total weight loss, and not simply the total pounds lost. Read more…
