The actress who came to Ralston Valley for the First Lady’s mentoring program has split with her partner of 23 years, Tim Robbins. According to Sarandon’s representative, Teal Cannaday, the split happened over the summer.
The couple met during the filming of Bull Durham in 1988. They had two sons together, 20-year-old Jack Henry and 17-year-old Miles Guthrie.
“He is a guy guy, and he is also 12 years younger than me. I won’t marry because I am too afraid of taking him for granted or him taking me for granted—maybe it will be a good excuse for a party when I am 80. Our children and property bind us, but so does the battle. We fight strongly but fairly. I can’t say that it is always comfortable, but he is my really good friend,” said Sarandon in 2004.

Yesterday, residents of Colorado Springs reported a deer with Christmas lights tangled in its antlers. They’ve tried to get close enough to remove them, but to no avail. Colorado wildlife authorities say that it isn’t uncommon for deer to get caught in outdoor decorations.
Apparently the same thing happened two weeks ago, also in Colorado Springs. Deer with such afflictions are usually left alone unless they are reported to have said decorations wrapped around their throats or mouths.
As the result of this problem, folks have been asked to use shorter strings of lights and to keep them off trees and bushes.

The father of the 6-year-old “balloon boy”, Richard Heene, is going to plead guilty to attempting to influence a public servant. That’s a felony. His wife, a citizen of Japan, will plead guilty to reporting falsely to authorities. That’s a misdemeanor, and anything more would result in Mayumi Heene being deported.

What a petty act of insecurity. The Heene family got the nation sick over nothing.
When six-year-old Falcon Heene made the comment that “we did this for a show,” everyone got suspicious. It didn’t help that he kept getting sick when the matter was brought up during interviews. Now the family is facing criminal charges.
